SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT:
This is an action by Port Warren Association of Unit Owners, an unincorporated homeowners' association, to recover unpaid assessments, fees, and related charges against Unit 57, PORT WARREN MOORAGE CONDOMINIUM, in the City of Warrenton, County of Clatsop, State of Oregon and to foreclose the lien arising therefrom pursuant to ORS Chapter 100 and the declaration and bylaws documents of the Association. The relief sought includes a judgment for the amounts owed, attorney fees, costs, and foreclosure of Plaintiff's lien.
NOTICE TO DEFENDANT REGARDING TIME OF PUBLICATION:
The date of first publication of this summons is November 1, 2025. You must appear and defend within 30 days after that date. If you fail to appear and defend, the Plaintiff will apply to the Court for a judgment by default for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
