Pacific Conservation District (PCD) is pleased to invite consultants to submit proposals to provide graphics, project scoping, grant writing assistance, and related services for the Lower Willapa Resilience Project. The selected consultant will support PCD-led community workshops to address flooding, habitat, and climate change concerns across the Lower Willapa River area, and advance three projects prioritized during those workshops. Projects are not yet identified but possible outcomes include: green stormwater infrastructure, drainage infrastructure, roadway adaptations, and more.
