TAX TITLE SALE BY ELECTRONIC MEDIA

Notice is hereby given,that in accordance with the Bid4Assets
Professional Services Agreement approved by the Pacific County Board of County Commissioners on February 14th, 2023, Renee Goodin, Treasurer of Pacific County will on July 16th, 2026 beginning at 8:00 am PT, sell to the public by online auction,to the highest and best bidder,the legally described parcels of real property as listed on the Bid4Assets website at http://www.bid4assets.com/PacificWA.
Prospective bidders must deposit $500 with Bid4Assets to
participate in bidding. In accordance with RCW 36.16.145, deposits paid by a winning bidder will be applied to the balance due. If a winning bidder does not comply with the terms and conditions of the sale, their deposit will be forfeited. Deposits paid by
non-winning bidders will be refunded within 10 business days from the close of the auction. Deposits must be made using certified/cashier's check or wire transfer. A winning bidder is allowed no less than forty-eight hours to pay the winning bid by electronic funds transfer.
