NOTICE OF CITY OF LONG BEACH
PUBLIC MEETING: CRITICAL AREAS REGULATIONS -
DRAFT AMENDMENTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the City of Long Beach Planning Commission to hold a public workshop at the hour of 4:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible on July 14, 2026, to
discuss the draft amendments of Title 13, Critical Areas Regulations, of the Long Beach Municipal Code.

Written public comments will be accepted until August 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Verbal comments will be accepted during a public hearing to be scheduled at a later date.
HYBRID – This public workshop offers a hybrid format. Interested parties may attend in-person in the Long Beach Council Chambers located at 115 Bolstad Ave West. If you are unable to attend

The update of the Critical Areas Regulations is related to the City of Long Beach's Comprehensive Plan periodic update. This effort is due in June 2027 with support from a grant provided by the
Washington State Department of Commerce with funding from
