Pacific County Voices Uniting (PCVU) is hiring a full time Lead Organizer in Pacific County. The Lead Organizer will be a valued member of the PCVU Team and report to the Organizing Director. This position will work on average 40 hours per week within the pay range of $25-28 per hour depending on experience. After 90 days, PCVU offers medical/vision and dental insurance to employees (and their families), 401k retirement plan, and up to 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Depending on FTE, employees will receive up to 6.7 hours of vacation and up to 4.3 hours of sick leave every month. PCVU is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
